Refund policy

ERROR HANDLING & REFUND PROTOCOL

Human Error operates on a made-to-order production system.
Each item is created specifically for its assigned order and processed through controlled execution.

Because of this structure, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions.

ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the item arrives with a verified production error, including:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design execution

  • Printing defects

  • Damage sustained during production or transit

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

All requests must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Requests submitted outside this window may not be processed.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of the system, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Normal variations in print placement or texture

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Each output is final once production has completed.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All returns require prior system approval.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without confirmation will not be accepted and may not be returned to sender.

If approved, return instructions will be issued directly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is confirmed as a production fault.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once an eligible return is received and verified:

  • A replacement will be issued, or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the reported error.

Processing times may vary based on system load.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.

FINAL NOTICE

Human Error prioritizes controlled production, intentional output, and system integrity.

Each item is not stock — it is an executed process.
Please review all sizing, details, and specifications carefully before submission.
